Christmas on the Square

Rules & Guidelines

1. No electrical hookups are available. No generators of any kind will be permitted;

2. All exhibits are outside in assigned spaces around the Pender County Courthouse.

3. Booth spaces are to be open from 10:00am-4:00pm.

4. Absolutely no vehicles of any type will be permitted on the grounds of the courthouse.

5. Exhibitor's booths may not be dismantled before 4:00pm. NO EXCEPTIONS!

6. Trash cans will be located in various areas around the courthouse. Vendors are asked to clean their booth areas before   leaving the courthouse grounds.

7. All exhibitors must provide their own tent, tables, chairs and display materials.

Disclaimer

When it comes to vendor selection, the festival organizer makes the final decision. We are seeking a variety of products to be offered for sell;

In case of rain, the event will be held with NO rain date. In case of hazardous weather, the festival organizer reserves the right to cancel. In either case, there will be no refunds of vendor fees;

I/we understand it is the festival organizer the right to deny any applicant or to require unapproved items to be removed from exhibition during the festival;

I/we agree to the terms set forth in this application and will abide by them;

I/we enter all my/our work at my/own risk and further understand the Town of Burgaw, Pender County nor organizers of the Christmas on the Square can be held responsible for any damages, thefts or losses.

 Fee: $75.00 

Please be sure to list all items  you would like to sell. This is a handcrafted festival. NO BUY/SELL MERCHANDISE. You should not sell or display any items not listed in the application. Please only complete the application once, if you have more than one booth, please select multiple quantities at checkout.
