Enter your Billing Zip Code & Account #
First go to eyeonwater.com/signup on your web browser. You’ll be asked to enter your billing zip code and account number.
Your account number will be on the top corner of your water bill. When filling out your account number please use all numbers before and after the hyphen, including the hyphen as well. This will ensure you are signing up for the correct service address.
After you are done filling out the two boxes click ’Next’, you should have a popup appear with your service address.
If your address is not the one that appears, you do not have your account number or you are receiving another error please contact Town Hall at (910) 663-3445 for assistance.
Input your Information & Verify your E-mail Address
On the next screen you’ll be required to fill out some personal information. This step is important in identifying your account if you are unable to log in and cannot reset your password.
Town Hall has the ability to delete individual accounts if an email that was used in the account creation becomes inaccessible . However, once an account is deleted the individual will have to go through the sign-up process again.
Once you have filled out your information and hit ’Next’ you will need to verify the e-mail address you used.
