Banquet Room:

Far from your typical banquet hall, the Depot features 100-year-old heart pine flooring, traditional tongue and groove bead boarding, sophisticated chandeliers, and a vintage bar.  With room to accommodate up to 250 guests (120 with tables), the Banquet Room is the perfect venue for a variety of special occasions including wedding receptions, reunions, and corporate and educational events.  Room rental includes tables, chairs, and use of dock and parking area.  

For all rentals, $400 must be paid at the time of rental. This includes your security deposit and cleaning fee. The remaining balance will be due 30 days prior to your rental date.

Conference Room:

This light-filled 200 square foot room with large conference table and space to accommodate 12-20 participants is the perfect space for your organization’s board and committee meetings.  

Reservation and use of the conference room is INCLUDED with a weekend rental of the banquet room.

Dock Area:

The outdoor portion of the Depot may be rented by itself and functions as an accessible space for non-profit fundraisers, political rallies, and other informal events.  Rental of the dock includes use of the public restrooms.

Reservation and use of the dock is INCLUDED with a weekend rental of the banquet room.

Limited Special Occasion Alcohol Permit:

A one time limited special occasion permit will be required for all applicants who wish to have alcoholic beverages during their event. Applications must be submitted/approved by the ABC commission and Town of Burgaw Staff. Please follow the link attached to direct to the  ABC Commission Webpage 

Please Note: Effective July 1, 2021, the Town of Burgaw as issued a new fee schedule for all rental facilities. Please contact the Parks & Recreation for more information.
