Helpful Resources

Car Seat Requirements (PDF): North Carolina seatbelt laws apply to all drivers and passengers age 16 and up. What about our younger passengers? Laws for properly restraining children in a motor vehicle can be confusing.

Bullying: While bullying is an issue that should be taken seriously and addressed, it is not a simple one. There are laws in our state which define bullying.

Sex Offender Registry: Sex offenders living in the State of North Carolina are required to register. Citizens may search for offenders online. By selecting "North Carolina Offender Registry" in the left column, you may search for offenders in the area by entering a street address or search by a specific offender's name.
