Annual Financial Report

The Annual Financial Report is the official statement of the Town's financial position on June 30, at the close of each fiscal year.


The Town's budgets are adopted as required by North Carolina General Statutes. An annual budget is adopted for the General Fund and Enterprise Funds. The Town will adopt project ordinances for any Capital Projects and necessary capital improvements. All budgets are prepared using the modified accrual basis of accounting.
