Responsibilities

The Finance Department is responsible for maintaining and administering the Town's fiscal operations in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and accounting procedures required by local, state, and federal laws.

Duties that the Finance staff are responsible for:

• Accounting and financial reporting
• Accounts payable
• Cash management
• Debt service management
• Investments
• Purchasing and contracts
• Utility billing
